I work with small businesses across the United States, creating tailored online marketing strategies to fit their business, schedule, and budget. My goal is to provide the level of service a major corporation would expect from a top-line agency, but in a way that addreses the needs of a local business like yours.

It means I will get to know and understand your business. My approach involves more than just keywords. It involves:

- Identifying techniques that are more than just industry-standards, but that work for the way you do business.
Assets + Systems = Value
Most of the consulting work I do for clients can be divided into three overlapping phases:
PHASE 1: Build your “marketing assets”. Marketing assets are the individual components of your marketing strategy. These can include your website, social media profiles, branding, email lists, etc. Our primary goal will be to make sure you have all the necessary marketing assets you need, and that they’re all in excellent shape. This increases the ROI you will generate from your marketing. It also guarantees that your business will be in a stronger position when we’re finished than it was before we started.
PHASE 2: Implement your “marketing systems”. Marketing systems are the ongoing practices that make your marketing strategy tick. This can include anything from Facebook Ads to cultivating online reviews, even involvement with local non-profits. It all depends on your the nature of your business and how you work. There are some systems we can launch early, and we get those up and running as quickly as possible. This helps you see early results. Other systems require more work to put in place. For these we prioritize a staggered launch sequence, so we can constantly moving forward, building as we go.
PHASE 3: Do-it-yourself (DIY), managed solution, or continued expansion. Once your marketing assets are in place and your systems are up and running, there are three primary ways we can proceed:
- DIY: You take the reins and run the show. I’m available to answer questions if you have them.
- Managed solution: You marketing is running nicely. You focus on your clients, I manage day-to-day marketing activities.
- Expansion: You want to keep growing. We launch another round of development, adding new levels to your marketing strategy.
